The Vandalia City Council will hold a work session on Monday with more discussion on Business Districts. The meeting will be at 3:30 pm on Monday, November 18th at Vandalia City Hall. Adam Stroud with PGAV will be on hand to explain the process of a Business District. The public is invited to attend.
