We hear today from Cinde Carroll, who is a candidate for Vandalia City Clerk. Cinde is one of four candidates for the position in the April Consolidated Election and she talks about why she decided to run for the position.
Cinde Carroll is running along with Carla Huhn, Kara Metzger and Barri Forehand for the position. They are all looking to replace Peggy Bowen, who is retiring after 6 terms in the position. We will hear more from Carroll coming up tomorrow.
