We will see just above every form of precipitation come through the area on Friday.
We will start off with snow on Friday with a high of just 34 during the day. The snow may mix with some sleet at times. We are not expecting a lot of accumulation of snow with less than a half inch expected. Then, it looks likes we’ll see sleet mixing with freezing rain and sleet and eventually becoming all rain on Friday night as temperatures will rise into the 40s overnight. We could see heavy rain at times on Friday night. For Friday night little to no ice accumulation is expected and new sleet accumulation of less than a half inch is possible for Friday night. Saturday the rain will stay with us during the morning and we could see some heavy rain at times. Temperatures will rise during the morning on Saturday before beginning to fall through the rest of the day. And, then much colder temperatures are on the way for the rest of the weekend.
