The National Road Interpretive Center is celebrating it’s 8th birday today. The center will be open from 10 am to 4 pm today. There will be a presentation at 11 am today from Phil Lewis on Looking for Lincoln in Illinois and Linda Hanabarger will tell about the Isaac Hill Map drawn about Illinois in 1809. There will be refreshments. The National Road Interpretive Center is at 106 S. 5th Street in Vandalia
