The suspect is the non-custodial parent, Darrell K Moulton white male, 34 years old, 5 ft 9 inches, 180 lbs, blue eyes brown hair. He is driving a maroon 2002 Buick Rendezvous SUV Illinois Plate Z580161. The victim is his son, Gahret WK Moulton, white male, 9 years old, 4 foot tall, 60 lbs, blue eyes, brown hair wearing a dark Harley Davidson shirt, blue and white plaid shorts. Direction of travel is unknown.
