Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 1, 2016, at Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL, with Jim Michael, officiating. Burial will be in Rosemond Grove Cemetery, in Pana, IL. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL. Miller Funeral Home in Fillmore, IL, is in charge of the arrangements. He was born March 28, 1936, in Ramsey, IL, the son of Lester Earl and Orpha Faye (Williams) Sanders. He married Glenna Fern Bland on July 6, 1956, in Nokomis, IL. He was a US Army Veteran; a Truck Driver – former Owner/ Operator of Sanders Trucking and a former employee of Firestone.
He is survived by: Wife – Glenna Sanders, Fillmore, IL; Son – Kenneth Sanders & Deanna, Bingham, IL; Daughter – Kristal Lewis & Bob, Fillmore, IL; 9 Grandchildren; and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: Parents; 1 Son – Billy, 2014; 2 Brothers; and 2 Sisters.
