Governor J.B. Pritzker is catching flack for referencing Nazis when criticizing President Donald Trump.
The last part of the Governor’s speech on Wednesday included references to Nazis 6 times as he discussed the election of President Trump to the White House.
After the speech, State Representative Brad Halbrook said such rhetoric is not fit for airing in the General Assembly.
Governor Pritzker later said he did not call more than half the voting public Nazis for supporting President Trump and was putting out a warning for what he fears could be coming down the pike under the new Trump Administration.
