
Now that our measurable snowfall looks to be over, we are now looking at some more extreme cold over the next 2 days.
Today when have a chance of flurries—then some snow this afternoon—with a high of 16. Tonight will be very cold with a chance of snow and a low of 2 with wind chill values as low as -10. Winds from the northwest will gust better than 20 miles per hour tonight. Then, sunny and cold on Thursday with a high of just 17 and wind chill values as low as -15 during the day on Thursday. We have a Cold Weather Advisory in effect from 9 pm tonight until noon on Thursday.
Meanwhile, we will begin a warm up after that. Friday will be in the mid 20s for a while, then above freezing on Saturday, into the 40s on Sunday and all the way up to the mid-50s on Monday.
