Fayette County Health Department Memorial Service

Fayette County Health Department is hosting their annual Community Memorial Service for
those who have lost a loved one. The memorial service will be on Wednesday December 18,
2024 at 9:00 am . This will be viewable on Fayette County Health Department Facebook page.
This service is for anyone in the community who has lost a loved one. The family member did
not have to be a patient of Fayette County Hospice.
This service will have a presentation and program that will include a loved one’s photo, if you
wish to include, along with name and dates of birth and death. We will honor our deceased
veterans in a special way and request information on their service branch, rank and years of
service.
If you would like to include a picture of your loved one or provide additional veteran
information, please send photo and information by December 3, 2024. Any original will be
returned. If you would like a loved one added to the presentation, please contact Fayette
County Hospice by December 3, 2024.
