(Hillsboro, IL) — A Hillsboro man is dead following a fire. The blaze broke out early yesterday in a home in the 14-hundred block of Vandalia Road in Hillsboro. Fire crews found Ron Sanford dead inside the home. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
