Amber Fay Siebert, 82, of Fillmore, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 19, 2024, at Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL, with Justin Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Fillmore, IL. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the service time at 11:00 AM on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials: United Methodist Church, Fillmore, IL. She was born September 24, 1941, in Rural Fillmore, IL, the daughter of Carlos Edwin & Ila Amber (Nelson) Voils. She married Russell Lee Siebert on September 18, 1960, in Fillmore, IL. She was a homemaker and helped manage the farm. Her passions in life were her children, working outside on the farm, raising the pigs, gardening, and watching the humming birds. In later life, she enjoyed her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and loved to create extensive memory books of newspaper articles of her local community and residents.
She is survived by: Husband – Russell Siebert, Fillmore, IL; Sons – Dale Siebert & Shelia, Bingham, IL and Gerald Siebert, Fillmore, IL; Daughter – Sheri Vandenbergh & Rick, Fillmore, IL; Grandchildren – April, Samantha, Colt, Cash, and Dalton; and 9 Great Grandchildren.
