(Elmendorf AFB, AK) — Air Force officials have released the name of the Illinois airman who died last week in what was described as a workplace incident at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. The airman is identified as 25-year-old Staff Sergeant Charles Crumlett. He was a Third Wing Airman from Streamwood, Illinois, in Cook County.
