The Altamont Indians picked up a home win on Saturday over Olney and fell to Teutopolis at home on Monday to go 1-1 over the holiday weekend. On Saturday, the Indians beat Olney East Richland 3-1. Hayden Summers had two goals for the Indians in the win with Javian Schlanser scoring the third goal for the Indians. On Labor Day, Altamont hosted the Wooden Shoes for a 6:00 game and suffered their second loss of the season. T-Town got on the board first for a 1-0 lead, but the Indians took advantage of a penalty on the goalie in the box to get a penalty kick which would be connected on by Jack Lowry to tie the game up 1-1. The Shoes would score two more in the second half, while Altamont was held scoreless the rest of the way as Altamont would fall 3-1. The Indians now stand at 4-2 on the season and will host Trenton Wesclin on Thursday.
