(Springfield, IL) — Illinois will receive fifteen-million-dollars in home improvement grants. The Illinois Housing Development Authority announced the funding yesterday with the grand opening of the Home Repair and Accessibility Program. The program will assist low-income homeowners with health, safety, accessibility, and energy efficiency repairs to their home.
