Two individuals have been charged with multiple felonies in Fayette County Court.
38 year old Amanda C. Graybill and 39 year old Tiffany R. Canter, both of Hamel, have both been charged with multiple felonies. The first count against each of them is Theft of over $10,000 but less than $100,000, which is a Class 2 Felony. Both of the individual’s charges says they “knowingly obtained unauthorized control over property of the Money Pit, 504 W. Gallatin.” The property they are alleged to have taken includes–
A SCCY CPX-2 9MM handgun, A 1913 $5 Golf Indian, which is valued at $754.84, A 2015W American Silver Eagle Proof in original Government packaging with certificate, valued at $98, and a GS Lab 14 karat white gold diamond ring valued at $10,000.
Both individuals are also charged with Possession of Stolen Property (Class 3 Felony), Possession of Methamphetamine under 5 grams (Class 3 Felony), and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class 4 Felony). In addition, Graybill faces an additional charge of Possession of Weapons by Felon (Class 3 Felony) and Canter an additional charge of Unlawful Possession of Firearm without Requisite Firearm ID Card (Class A Misdemeanor).
Both individuals are now set for a preliminary hearing on April 25th at 10 am. Both had their bond set at $40,000.
