The Altamont Lady Indians fell at home to Woodlawn, 57-45, in non-conference action on Saturday evening. After a back and forth opening quarter, the Lady Indians would find themselves trailing by a point, 14-13, at the end of the first quarter. Woodlawn would outscore Altamont 17-11 in the second as they would get to a 31-24 lead at halftime over the Indians. That halftime 7-point lead would become 12 points by the end of the third quarter after again outscoring Altamont 18-13 in the quarter. Each team would put in 8 points in the fourth quarter as Woodlawn closed out the 57-45 win over the Lady Indians. Altamont is now 12-9 on the season. They will have a few days off to start the week before getting back into National Trail Conference action on Thursday when they host Brownstown-St. Elmo.
