A second mural is coming to downtown Vandalia very soon.
The second mural will be on 5th Street in downtown Vandalia on the former YMCA Building. Marilyn Truitt talks about more of the details with the project.
And, Truitt talks about who is responsible for helping to bring this 2nd mural to downtown Vandalia.
