Troy Payne talks more on his run for Fayette County Resident Circuit Judge

We hear today from Troy Payne, who is a Republican candidate for Fayette County Resident Circuit Judge running in the June 28th Primary.  Payne has lived in Vandalia for 22 years and has been a partner at The Law Group in Vandalia during that time.  Payne talks about his legal practice.

Payne will face fellow Republican Joshua Morrison in the June 28th Primary.  The winner of that race will face Democrat Marc Kelly in the November General Election.  We’ll hear more from Payne coming up tomorrow.
