Meals on Wheels will not be open or delivering meals in Vandalia, Bluff City, Brownstown, or St. Elmo
Central Illinois Public Transit and Effingham County Public Transportation both will be closed on Thursday
Lighthouse Pregnancy & Health Services in Vandalia and Hillsboro will be closed
Fayette County Farm Bureau office and COUNTRY Financial office in Vandalia will be closed
Vandalia City Hall is closed today
CEFS Offices will be closed today and there will be no Food Pantry today
SWAN Office in Vandalia is closed today
Lion of Judah Church at the corner of 5th and Fletcher Streets in Vandalia will not have service this evening
St. Elmo, Brownstown and Beecher City Libraries are closed today
Thursday night Major Ladies Bowling League at Vandalia Bowl is cancelled
