Angela Jean Ann (Conder) Wilkerson passed away at her home in Vandalia, September 14, 2021 at the age of 46.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00pm, Friday, September 17, 2021 at Hohlt & File Funeral Home, Vandalia. Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Angela was born December 17, 1974 in Centralia, the daughter of Daniel R. and Vicky L. (Kellermann) Conder. Angela graduated from VCHS, where she was a talented athlete; participating in track, basketball, and volleyball. She furthered her education at Kaskaskia College where she played basketball and obtained an Associates Degree in Arts and in Science. She formerly worked as a secretary and bookkeeper at a local accounting firm.
Angela was a devoted sports fan, she enjoyed watching the Illini and Patriots, but most of all she loved cheering for her children while they played.
She is lovingly remembered by her three children, Carley Wilkerson, Katey Wilkerson and boyfriend Cameron Summers, and Holden “Chopper” Wilkerson and girlfriend Destyni Henrichs; step-daughter, Maddie and husband Skyler Depew; parents, Dan and Vicky Conder all of Vandalia; grandmother, Delores Kellermann of Carlyle; siblings, Robin and husband Rodney Richardson of Spencer, IN and Elizabeth and husband Kyle Rentfrow of Mt. Vernon, Christopher Conder and husband Coty of Troy; granddaughters, Paisley Summers and Ella Depew; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, paternal grandmother and grandfather.
