Rep Wilhour talks state budget issues, his priorities heading into the final month of session

As we get set to head into May next week, it will be the final month in session for the Illinois General Assembly.  State Representative Blaine Wilhour says there are a lot of major issues that need to be tackled in Springfield, but many probably will not be during this session.  Wilhour says he does believe it helps overall confidence with the change at the federal level.

And, Wilhour says one of his priorities in this final month will be K through 12 Education spending.

The Illinois General Assembly will head into the final month of session need to crank out a new state budget by May 31st.
