Rep Wilhour on Vandalia Mayor-Elect Knebel, State Budget

We hear more today from State Representative Blaine Wilhour.  Wilhour was in Vandalia on Monday to attend the reception for retiring Vandalia Mayor Rick Gottman.  He spoke highly of working with Mayor Gottman over the years.  And, he says he looks forward to working with Vandalia Mayor-Elect Doug Knebel.

As we approach the end of April, the budget work will be heating up for the state.  Wilhour says there are real issues that need to be addressed by the Illinois General Assembly.
