Reception Today for Mayor Gottman—His Final meeting as Mayor this evening

A reception to honor Vandalia Mayor Rick Gottman will be held today from 3 pm to 6 pm at Vandalia City Hall.

Gottman served 8 years as a City of Vandalia Alderman and has served the past 24 years as Mayor of Vandalia.  He is the longest serving Mayor in the City’s history. The Vandalia City Council meets at 6:30 pm this evening and it will be the final meeting that Mayor Gottman will preside over.
