A reception to honor Vandalia Mayor Rick Gottman will be held on Monday from 3 pm to 6 pm at Vandalia City Hall.
Gottman served 8 years as a City of Vandalia Alderman and has served the past 24 years as Mayor of Vandalia. He is the longest serving Mayor in the City’s history.
