Sheriff reports Deputies on the scene of several accidents this morning on I-57 in Fayette County

Fayette County Sheriff Ronnie Stevens reports that deputies are on the scene of several accidents this morning on Interstate 57 at the 139 and 140 mile markers in the south bound lanes.  Sheriff Stevens says traffic is being diverted at the Edgewood exit.  The Sheriff adds that the Illinois State Police and the Coroner are also on the scene.  He also says the initial call was for a semi rollover and a secondary accident occurred after that.
