The bad news is several inches of rain have already fallen over the area. The good news is, according to the National Weather Service, the heaviest rain is behind us.
We will see rain and thunderstorms today and then a 40% chance of rain tonight and a 50% chance of rain on Sunday. The NWS estimates our area will see an additional 1/4 to 1/2 inch of rain for today.
