Cloudy & Mild Today—Potential for Severe Weather on the way later this week

We are looking at mostly cloudy skies and mild conditions today.

We’ll see mostly cloudy skies with a high of 57 today.  For tonight, we’ll see partly cloudy skies with a low of 37.  Winds for both today and tonight are expected to be calm.

Meanwhile, the potential for severe weather is on the way later this week and into the upcoming weekend.  The National Weather Service in St. Louis says an active pattern will resume Thursday and continue through the weekend. Warmer temperatures and multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected, with at least some potential for strong or severe thunderstorms as well.
