Severe Weather Potential: The threat for damaging wind gusts, small hail, and a tornado or two from thunderstorms is conditional on storms developing in our area. While most indications are that the storms will form as they are exiting the region, there is a narrow window in the afternoon when they may impact west-central and south-central Illinois.
