The FNB Community Bank recently announced the addition of Paige Lowe as Human Resources Manager.
“Paige is the perfect fit for this role”, stated President and CEO, Steve Henna. “With her previous HR experience, and her growing knowledge in Human Resources Management, Paige will be a valuable asset to The FNB team”.
Lowe is a graduate of Edwardsville High School, and in 2015 she graduated from SIUE with degrees in Communications and Marketing. Paige has now decided to further her education and is receiving her Master’s in Human Resources Management at University of Illinois Springfield, which she is due to finish in 2025. Post undergrad, Lowe started her professional career in 2015 as a Staffing Agent & Account Representative with Express Employment Professionals, and then three years later she joined Heartland Dental’s Corporate Marketing team as a Strategist for Recruiting & Acquisitions. At her final stop before starting at The FNB Community Bank, Paige served as an HR Generalist II / Recruiter for First Mid Bank & Trust in Mattoon, IL.

Paige brings many years of valuable experience and a fresh outlook to our Human Resources department, and we are excited to see what she implements. While not at work, Paige can be found running her three children to sports, scouts, tumbling, 4H events, or hiking at Ballard Nature Center with her family and two Australian Shepherds in tow. Paige also enjoys painting, reading, and convincing her husband that this next home improvement project will be shorter than the last.
