Blood Drive going on today at the Fayette County Health Department

There is a blood drive being held today. The blood drive is at the Fayette County Health Department’s conference room at 416 East Edwards Street in Vandalia. The blood drive will be going on today from 1 pm to 4 pm.

Your thoughts on Ambulance Service in Fayette County

Currently, Rural Med EMS provides ambulance service for Fayette County. But, the county does not have a contract with them. Are you concerned about this?

Yes, very concerned. I feel the county needs a contract to guarantee service.

I'm somewhat concerned. I would like to see a contract in place with an ambulance service.

I'm not concerned. The current system seems to be working
