.COLD WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 AM
CST WEDNESDAY...
...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
  as low as 20 below. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very
  cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected.

* WHERE...Bond IL, Fayette IL, Marion IL, Montgomery IL, and
  Macoupin IL Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 3 PM CST this
  afternoon. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this
  evening to 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
