We should eventually see some sunshine today.
We will start off with clouds this morning but will eventually clear today with a high of 23. It will be mostly clear and very cold for tonight with a low of 1.
Meanwhile, snow looks to be on the way for Friday morning. Our current forecast says snow will be likely Friday–mainly before noon–with a high of 31. Our forecast says new snow accumulation of around an inch is possible. The National Weather Service in St. Louis says light snow will move across the region Thursday night into Friday with the best chances for shovel-able snow (2+”) across southern Missouri and southern Illinois. Uncertainty remains with the exact track of this system and how far north snow will extend, but what is certain is that it will NOT be a repeat of Sunday’s storm.
