One Killed In Effingham Co Crash

(Effingham Co., IL) — One man is dead following a crash in Effingham County. Two vehicles collided Saturday morning near the intersection of South Banker Street and Jaycee Avenue. One of the drivers, James Ashley, died at the hospital. The crash remains under investigation.

Upon Further Review---Have your thoughts changed on the proposed 1% sales tax increase for a new courthouse and jail?
