FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bond
  IL, Clinton IL, Fayette IL, Madison IL, Marion IL, Monroe IL,
  Randolph IL, Saint Clair IL and Washington IL and Missouri,
  including the following areas, Crawford MO, Franklin MO, Iron MO,
  Jefferson MO, Madison MO, Reynolds MO, Saint Charles MO, Saint
  Louis City MO, Saint Louis MO, Sainte Genevieve MO and Washington
  MO.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An additional 1 to 3 inches of rain from thunderstorms is
    likely
    through Tuesday morning, with a narrow corridor of up to 5
    inches
    possible. This may lead to flash flooding, or worsen flooding
    that
    is already ongoing from previous rainfall.
