Evans Public Library is open in its brand new location

Evans Public Library is officially open in its brand new home.

A Ribbon Cutting and then a celebration were held on Monday to celebrate the opening of the new library location on Randolph Street in Vandalia.  Evans Public Library Board President Joanna Helm says it’s was a great day and one that was a long time coming.
