A Vandalia man is facing multiple counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse in Fayette County Court.
59 year old Victor Thompson is charged with 3 counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse, which are all Class 2 Felonies. Information on the first charge states that Thompson is alleged to have committed an act of sexual conduct with a family or household member in September of 2023, when the alleged victim was under the age of 18.
Thompson will next appear in Fayette County Court for a preliminary hearing on July 31st at 10 am.
