The National Trail Conference will be growing.
Cumberland High School will join the NTC starting with the 2025-26 season in all sports except for fall baseball. Cumberland is currently in the Lincoln Prairie Conference. They will remain in the LPC next year and will continue to remain in the conference after that for football only.
This will give the NTC 10 teams competing in several sports.
