Snow likely today—Bitter Cold & Dangerous Wind Chills this weekend

We have a chance of flurries early today then snow is likely late this afternoon and this evening.  We will see a high of 21 for today.  But, it will feel much colder with winds out of the west gusting better than 30 miles per hour.  New snow accumulation for today of less than a half inch.  Tonight we will see a chance of snow with a low of -3.  The wind chill values for tonight will be down to -20 with winds out of the west gusting up to 30 miles per hour tonight.
