We are looking at partly sunny skies today with a high of 39. Then, partly cloudy skies for tonight with a low of 25.
Meanwhile, Friday night we will see rain and snow for the area with a low of 33. Little or no snow accumulation is expected.
Also, the National Weather Service in St. Louis is talking about a potential winter storm coming to the area on Tuesday and Tuesday night. The NWS says a strong winter storm will impact the region, but exactly where they highest snowfall totals will be is still far from certain. These are two of the scenarios we currently see as possible. One brings at least 3″ of snow to northern/central Missouri and west-central Illinois. The other takes those values further south. As of this time, our forecast for this coming Tuesday calls for rain with a high of 42 and then a chance of rain and snow on Tuesday night with a low of 27. Then, mostly sunny skies on Wednesday with a high of 37. We’ll keep you updated on any changes with the forecast.
