Our daylight has been shrinking steadily since June 21st and we will see much less daylight in the evening starting this weekend with the end of Daylight Saving Time.
We will “fall back” one hour starting on Sunday—so remember to set your clocks back one hour on Saturday night before you head to bed. Today our sunrise is 7:23 am and sunset is 5:56 pm. Starting Sunday, we’ll shift to more daylight in the morning and then less in the afternoon/evening. The amount of daylight each day will, of course, continue to shrink until we reach the first day of winter on December 21st. After that, our daylight will slowly begin to increase each day.
Meanwhile, we will go back to Daylight Saving Time on March 10th of 2024.
