St. Elmo-Brownstown suffered a two set loss to Shelbyville 14-25, 12-25 on Tuesday. Prior to the match, the Eagles honored a large group of seniors including Kinley Carson, Anna Stine, Ariana Ragsdale, Emma McNabb, Abbi Ledbetter, Daniella Haslett, Macie Gammon, Peyton Garrard and Jayna Ireland. The non-conference loss puts the Lady Eagles at 8-18 overall on the season. They begin play in the National Trail Conference Tournament on Friday night with pool play action, taking on Windsor/Stew-Stras at 5:00pm at St. Anthony High School’s Enlow Center and then facing Altamont at 6:00pm.
