We talk more today with Ramsey’s Bella Waggoner who is getting ready for her Senior year in high school and is also Miss Illinois’ Teen. Waggoner, who is also active in multiple sports, knows this will be a very busy year.
And, as for college, Waggoner knows what she wants to do but hasn’t chosen the college just yet.
Waggoner is awaiting on word on where and when the National Miss Teen competition will be held.
