We hear more today from Miss Illinois’ Teen Bella Waggoner of Ramsey. Bella won the Illinois crown back in June. But, she says she doesn’t yet know when the National Miss Teen Pageant will be.
And, Waggoner talks about getting ready for the national pageant and some of the other projects she will be participating in over the coming weeks and months.
Waggoner will be a Senior at Ramsey High School. We will hear more from Bella Waggoner coming up tomorrow.
