Returning to the sidelines for the first time in 17 years, Vandals boys basketball coach Brian Kern has his first summer back in the books.
The Vandals did not play a ton of games or in a ton of summer shootouts, as that was by design as Coach Kern wanted them to work more individually. He says he believed they had a good summer.
And, Coach Kern says they will get in some fall work before rolling into the season this winter.
