The Vandalia 18U team went 1-1 on Friday in the Play 9 Tournament. Playing in back-to-back games on a humid 93 degree day, the Vandals lost the first game to the St. Louis Naturals, 3 to 0. But, bounced back in a big way in game 2, as they defeated the Missouri Bulls, 10 to 0 in 4 innings. The Vandals are 1-2 in the tournament and play today at 3:45 pm versus the Missouri Mariners back at Roy E. Lee Field at SIU-Edwardsville.
