Ramsey’s Isabella Waggoner has been crowned Miss Illinois’ Teen for 2023.
Bella was crowned last night at the Marion Cultural and Civic Center. The Miss Illinois’ Teen is the official pageant for the Miss America’s Teen Organization and Bella now advanced onto the Miss America’s Teen Pageant.
Back in October of 2022, Bella won the local title of Miss Capital City’s Teen in Springfield and that is where the preparation work began for the state pageant. Bella was chosen out of a total of 22 contestants from around the state.
