(Chicago, IL) — The trial of the so-called ComEd Four picks back up today. The trial was delayed yesterday by one day due to last-minute scheduling issues involving the judge overseeing the case. The prosecution is expected to wrap up its case this week. Michael McClain, Anne Pramaggiore, John Hooker, and Jay Doherty are all facing charges accusing them of conspiring to provide associates of former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan with jobs and contracts with ComEd in exchange for favorable action in Springfield. Madigan and McClain have been indicted in a separate case involving ComEd and AT&T.
