Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City exerted their dominance early and cruised to a 78-20 win over Arthur Okaw Christian at home on Thursday. The Bobcats would hold the Crusading Riders scoreless in the first quarter and take a 27-0 lead by the end of the first quarter. The Bobcats would continue their scoring pace in the second and again limited the AOC offense in the quarter, taking a 51-6 halftime lead. CHBC would then outscore the Riders 27-14 in the second half to close out the 78-20 win. CHBC is now 11-5 on the season and will jump back into National Trail Conference action on Monday, traveling to North Clay to take on the Cardinals.
