After two weeks off over the holidays, St. Elmo-Brownstown jumped back into action with a big 70-37 win over Oblong-Palestine-Hutsonville at home on Tuesday night. After the game started out close and the Eagles found themselves trailing OPH 14-13 at the end of the first quarter, SEB would bust the game open in the second quarter. The Eagles held OPH to just a single point in the second while putting up 28 points for a 41-15 lead at halftime. SEB would come out and outscore OPH in the second half, 29-22, to close out the 70-37 win. SEB moves to 8-5 on the season and they will get back into National Trail Conference play on Friday when they travel to Windsor/Stew-Stras.
