(Schuyler Co., IL) — Illinois’ Republican U.S. Senate candidate is crying foul after Schuyler County printed the wrong GOP candidate’s name on several hundred ballots. Kathy Salvi called the misprint a “problem of election integrity and transparency.” The issue force officials this week to keep the ballots separate from all others being cast in the November general election. That could lead to several dozen votes in the Senate race being disregarded. Salvi is seeking to replace Democratic U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth.
